PRO S V2 REPLACEMENT BATTERY - SINGLE

I received the battery in a timely fashion however it doesn’t work (wont charge) and thus unhappy with the purchase considering the cost of it. I did receive timely approval for a return however need to pay for shipping to return a faulty item which is still under warranty vs receiving a prepaid return label which is usually my experience with other retailers.

Have purchased before but the last one we bought in November 24 won’t charge already only worked for one month. So this purchase is to replace it. Hopefully will send infor to try & her warranty.

A bien fonctionné lors de la première charge. Depuis, ne charge plus. J’ai écrit à la compagnie mais aucune réponse. Hyper décevant.

These chargers only fully charge a battery if you charge one at a time. If you try to charge both at the same time only one of them fully charges. Ridiculous at this price point.

Battery does not fit replacements for my PRO batteries and no one is returning my messages for help.
